Yes, sometimes it is, definitely! I won't build you something if the SaaS is cheaper or better. Sometimes what I do is simply roll out that SaaS for you and integrate it with your other platforms. Other times I build stuff, if that's the best option. Other times it's a no-code platform plus custom development.

No. Document generation, for instance, is often plain automation. We also use a lot of no-code tools.
